What is the 'Just Say When' delivery option?

'Just Say When' is our flexible delivery option available only for metro areas where you choose your own delivery day and 2-hour time-slot in the next 7 days.

 

How long does 'Just Say When' delivery take and how much does it cost?

Just Say When gives you the choice of specifying either a delivery day, fulfilled at any time before 5pm or a specific 2hr window. In most areas, all Just say when delivery options are $15, however a choice of delivery day (Mon-Fri) is available for $9.90 in select postcodes in the Brisbane Metro - more information available here.

 

How it works

 

1. Choose Just Say When

Choose Delivery as your preference after pressing the cart in the top right hand corner of the screen. Input your address to see your options. Select Just Say When delivery option during checkout and select your preferred time. 

2. Shop Online
You will now be able to see stock availability for your preferred time frame. Fill up your cart with your preferred items. Click on the cart again to enter the checkout and complete your order. 

 

When will I receive notifications for my Just Say When delivery?

You will receive a confirmation email once an order has been successfully placed.

 

For "Any time before 5pm" orders, you will receive a text message the day prior to your delivery as a courtesy reminder.

 

For orders where a 2 hour delivery time frame has been specified, you will receive a text once the driver has picked your order up which will have live tracking.

 

Do I need to sign while receiving 'Just Say When' delivery?

Depending on whether you are a registered user or a guest user, whether it is your first order, whether the order is being delivered on the same day and whether you appear to be under 25,  you may be required to show your ID to the driver and sign for the delivery.


For registered users:

  • For all 'Just Say When' delivery orders coming on the same day, registered users (over the age of 18) must be present at the delivery address to receive the orders and show their IDs to the drivers.
  • For first time  'Just Say When' delivery orders coming one day or further in the future, registered users (over the age of 18) must be present at the delivery address to receive the orders and show their IDs to the drivers.
  • For subsequent orders that aren’t being delivered on the same day, registered users can opt to have orders left unattended. If the order is received by a person (not left unattended), the person taking delivery will be asked for ID if they appear under 25.

For guest users:

  • For all 'Just Say When' delivery orders, guest users (over the age of 18) must be present at the delivery address to receive the order, sign for the order and show their IDs to the delivery drivers.

What happens if I'm not there to receive my 'Just Say When' order?

If you are not there to receive your 'Just Say When' order, it will be taken back to either our local depot or the store from which it was being delivered, depending on the courier. To organise a redelivery, please message us via live chat.
