About this product

At release, the wine has a deep blood red colour to the centre with a youthful dark purple hue to the edges. There are intense aromas of dark blackcurrant fruit along with subtle choc-mint and a hint of crushed violets. On the palate, this is show-stopping wine with intense flavours of cassis and blackberry fruit along with violets and mint and attractive premium oak characters. Overall, the wine is well balanced with complex, well-integrated, elegant tannins providing structure and an intense, persistent length to the finish. The wine was matured for up to 14 months in French oak barrels (10% new and remaining in 1 to 2 year old) followed by fining, minimal filtration and then bottling. Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar over a long term under ideal conditions.

This wine is by far the best wine I have ever tasted!! This is both mine and my partners wine of choice, anytime we try any other wine we find ourselves comparing it to this as it just always so much better!

This is another great vintage from the Taylor's Jarraman range. It is very smooth and is bursting with flavour for great drinking now. I have stored a few cases to enjoy it as it should get even better as it ages.
