Do you offer a Direct-to-boot service for pick-up orders?

Most of our stores have car spaces designated for this convenient option for pick up, whereby you don’t need to leave your car. Check here for eligible Contactless Pick-up stores in your state.

 

How can I request this?


Simply place your order as you would do for a normal pick-up order. To know the step-by-step process of placing an online order on our website, please see What steps are there to placing an order online on Dan Murphy's website for delivery or pick up?

Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message advising you to make your way to the store. Once you are parked in the designated parking bay, simply click on the link in the text message and select direct to boot to alert our team that they need to bring your order out. 

What happens if I clicked my text message too early? 


Unfortunately, we cannot resend the text or the link within it. You will either need to go into the store and speak to someone at the customer service desk, and our friendly team will be happy to carry your order to your boot for you.

Alternatively, you can speak to one of our agents via Live chat and they can contact the store for you and have them bring the order out.
