How do I buy gift cards, and resolve an issue with a gift card?

Gift cards, both physical and electronic, can no longer be purchased through our main website.

Physical gift cards can be purchased at the counter in any one of our stores. For any issues with a physical gift card, please return to the store of purchase with your receipt. If this is not possible, you can visit https://giftcards.woolworths.com.au/.

To check the balance of any Wish gift cards, and to see if your card can be used at Dan Murphy’s, go to https://giftcards.woolworths.com.au/.

If an order is placed using a gift card, to ensure a smooth and efficient refund process, we kindly ask that you retain your original gift card as it will be required should a refund need to be issued for any purchases. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
