Lowest Liquor Price Guarantee

We regularly check and beat competitors’ advertised prices on a wide range of products so you get
the lowest price. And if we miss one, let us know and we’ll beat it. See below for important terms
and conditions.

 

We will beat a competitor’s price on a liquor product (excl. delivery fees) on a like for like basis, ie:
● the current price on the same liquor product in the same quantity
● the product is in stock at the competitor
● the same shopping method
● the same delivery method
● subject to applicable product limits
● products found in-store at a competitor will be beaten if that store is within 10km of your local
Dan Murphy’s store

 

If we happen to miss a lower price, contact us by either:
● Approaching a staff member in a Dan Murphy’s Store; or
● Contact our live chat (see link at the bottom of this page).

Our store teams may from time to time exercise their discretion to honour lower prices found and
brought in by our customers, in circumstances beyond those set out above.

DoorDash Customers - If you find a cheaper current price on an identical liquor product in the same
quantity that is in stock and listed at the same time by another competitor on DoorDash in your State
or Territory, use this form. Your submission will be reviewed within 72 hours against these terms and
conditions and, if approved, you will be provided with DoorDash credits equal to the difference
between Dan Murphy’s price on DoorDash and the relevant competitor’s price on DoorDash. Note:
applicable product limits apply. Unless otherwise advised by us, Dan Murphy’s Lowest Liquor Price
Guarantee on Doordash only applies to competitor prices on DoorDash before the application of any
promotional codes, deals or other discounts that may be applicable when you check out your cart on
Doordash.

Important exclusions: Dan Murphy’s will not:

● adjust prices to a level that we consider may give rise to heightened risks of irresponsible
alcohol consumption or would otherwise result in a breach in the rules or guidelines relating to
the responsible sale and promotion of liquor products; or
● beat prices from overseas online, member-only or duty-free retailers, liquidation or clearance
sales, and any offers which are not available to the general public (eg. club or membership
offers)

Dan Murphy’s has the right to limit purchases to reasonable retail and not commercial quantities
(determined at our sole discretion).
