I'll confess, I don't mind a glass of Sauvignon Blanc every now and then, and if I do drink one, every now and then, here's the sort of wine I'd go for... It's light and fresh in the mouth, combining a mildly creamy texture with lightly chalky grip. Lime and grapefruit are in the mix and the finish is crunchy and dry. Spot on. Touch and go for 94 points here.
