Yarra Valley stalwart, St Huberts, have a celebrated history in the Yarra Valley and they have consitantly produced great Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Australia's best cool climate regions. More in the herbal and forest floor end of the flavour spectrum with nice primary fruit notes of blackberry and dark plums. With over 5 years in the bottle, this St Huberts Cab deserves to be opened tonight.
