This is a unique Australian blend, but we love it because the two varieties work so well. Richness and fruit weight of Shiraz is given length and structure by Cabernet. When first released, the 2005 was a monster, but already it is becoming more approachable. Drink 2012+.

Super luscious, voluptuous black fruits, with an underlay of red; rippling velvety tannins; almost too much sweet fruit, but likely its just puppy fat waiting to be shed.
