Some vanilla and cocoa, dark fruit, a little spice, aniseed ouzo. Medium weight, soft plump tannin but with some grip, a slightly prickly balsamic edge to the palate. A bit charry and unevolved. Decent sort of finish. Sexed up on the nose but a little commercial.

... Cassis and cedar and a lovely note of violets; equally as attractive on the palate, the balance between fruit, acid, oak and tannin is impeccable; very long and varietal, with refreshing tannin and fruit to match.
