Alpha Pale Ale is very much in line with the beers from America's North West - assertive bitterness together with a distinctive fruit and citrus aroma - except we've put a Matilda Bay spin on it. Why Alpha? Because this beer is all about the hops - and it's the alpha acids in the hops that give you the bitterness. It has a big hop nose with citrus notes derived from the use of Cascade hops imported from North America.
