The company's first cider hits it out of the park - advice from a cider maker had the brewers tweak their traditional style to come up with a darker, drier cider possessing a crisp apple intensity. A light fizz is the perfect complement to the drink's clear green-apple notes. The finish is clean and - with no sugar added - its subtle sweetness makes it a great one for those upcoming spring afternoons.
