The colour is aged: a full salmon/onion-skin pink with orange tinges. The bouquet is also developed and complex, with toasty aged characters and lots of cracked-yeast character as well as a suggestion of oak - which is unlikely but that's how it seems. There is richness, amplitude and generosity of flavour as well as refinement and persistence. A very good rosé style, the finish clean and dry but not over-burdened with acid. This is a wine I'd like to drink, especially at the price.

Pale pink salmon colour. Lovely fragrant light strawberry cherry, stone fruit aromas with superb yeasty complexity. Creamy fresh with beautiful strawberry glacé, cherry, stonefruit flavours, fine lacy textures, underlying toasty notes and persistent fine bubbles. A refined style with plenty of richness and volume.
