About this product

Sourced from the very best vineyards in the Vouvray appellation comes this exciting new addition from Bourillon. Made in a Demi-Sec style, meaning ''medium-dry'', this delightfully light and fragrant Chenin has aromas of fennel and white pepper. In the mouth the wine is tender with hints of almond paste. Lovely soft acidity balances the wine perfectly and if stored correctly may mature in the bottle for over 20 years.

The label, if lightly scratched releases the fragrance of the contained wine. Try it and see!!

Delicate, and smooth with mild perfectly balanced acidity, pear, almond and fennel on the nose, subtle white pepper and a silky feel on the pallet with a engaging but restrained finish. A perfect accompaniment to fine, high quality seafood
