Bourillon-Dorléans La Coulée d'Argent is a bracingly dry Chenin Blanc from the home of the variety, Vouvray, located in France's Loire Valley. Sourced from the very best slopes in the region, the Bourillon Sec Vouvray is laden with minerals and notes of flint. Ripe fruits, white flowers and acacia are present in a white that is perfectly suited to Asian cuisine, especially those with rich seafood.

A delightful core of pear, fig and green apple, all harnessed by bracing ginger and lime notes on the edges. The finish is long and minerally. Very pure.
