God's HillPermanent Arm Cabernet Sauvignon
About this product
With a firm commitment to producing small batch, family produced wines from the southern Barossa, Charlie Scalzi creates the Permanent Arm Cabernet Sauvignon. Named after the practise of wrapping 2 canes from the vines on either side of the trunk to create a permanent arm on which the vine grows each seasons fruit. The Cab itself has fresh blackcurrant, with cedar and violets and lovely licquorice notes. Great length of flavour to finish.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Fresh blackcurrant, black olive, cedar and violets. Quite buoyant with liquorice and al dente tannins. Great flavour length.
