Continues the trend for this label to show beautifully dialled back, elegant Pinot; better than the candied sweet fruit versions many are still making at this price. Wondedful food companion.

Dan Murphy's Wine Panel
It's a wine which mixes sour, balsamic-like notes with less challenging flavours of strawberry and nuts, cherries and dusted cocoa. Flavour-wise then it's a wine of character though it's chewy tannin and light flavour-colour is likely to have its supporters and detractors too. I thought it tasted thoroughly odd at first, but as I sat with it I started to come around to its way of thinking. It has a lilting, fragrant funkiness and charm in good supply. Charm - always a good attribute to find in a wine.
