A delicious full-bodied Prosecco from the King Valley's Dal Zotto winery. Ripe, rich and creamy with swathes of sherbety fizz. A great little partner to spicy Asian dishes, although suffers no loss when opened on its own.

It tastes so heartily of sweet red apples. It's yeasty and a bit mealy and even a touch aldehydic, all of which adds up to a mouthful of flavour & and fun. Its bubbles are robust and sherberty. In the right setting I can see this being a distinct winner.
