Provenance Tarrington Pinot Gris is a textured white that is produced using small batches of fruit that are carefully hand-crafted to enhance the inherent natural characters of vineyard and grape variety, resulting in wines that proudly exhibits their sense of place. Loads of honeysuckle and pear aromas and flavours with enough crunchy acidity to carry it through marvellously.

... ginger is often attributed to pinot gris by winemakers& here it is obvious, as are some unexpected honeysuckle flavours, and a textural richness to the palate likewise. From a seriously cool climate, and is most impressive, as is its cellaring potential.
