Its a grunty pinot noir but its a perfumed and lengthy one. Dense dark cherry and earth with smoky oak and chicory-like accents. Vibrant, as it should be at this tender age, and excellent, lively drinking.

The palate is medium-bodied, fine chewy tannins on the entry, great depth and purity here with succulent ripe plum, pomegranate and bilberry fruit towards the finish. Lovely texture and surfeit with finesse.
