About this product

Buller have been producers of some of Rutherglen's most opulent and concentration fortified wines since 1921. Their Fine Old Topaque is a delicious example with a myriad of flavours that include caramel, toffee, Christmas cake and golden syrup. With access to many years of reserve stock, it is remarkable that Buller can make wines of such pedigree and flavour for such a brilliant price.

This is a delicious wine. Sweet but with flavour complexity and a gentle bouquet. It leaves a pleasant spirit after taste without any sickly sweet layer. 10/10 will buy again - a perfect option for an afternoon aperitif by the fire on a chi

I enjoy this as well as the Muscat. Have been buying it for over 5 years. Every now and then I put one in the cellar. I do not think you can get better value.

The best fortifieds in the world are from Rutherglen - well that's what I think - and Topaque (Tokay) is my favourite. Lucious mouth filling flavours that linger then send you back for a second glass...... At this end of the market Bullers
