Track Your Order

You can obtain the tracking number for your order on the 'My Orders' page of My Account for registered customers or via the URL link that was included in your order confirmation e-mail.

All deliveries are made via Australia Post. The tracking number link will direct you to the Australia Post website where you can obtain the most up to date information regarding the whereabouts of your delivery.

If you have misplaced your order confirmation e-mail or require further assistance please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 72 33 88.

Please review our Customer Service Team's trading hours before calling as the hours may vary depending on the day of the week and the time of year.


Order Status Summary

Order being processed Your order is being processed.
Order partially shipped At least one product within your order has been dispatched for delivery where multiple products have been ordered.
Shipped All products within your order have been dispatched for delivery.
Cancelled Your order has been cancelled.
Back Ordered A product within your order has been placed on back order.
Returned A product(s) has been returned.

Other points to note:

  • We may need to split your order into a number of separate boxes. Each box will have a unique tracking number.
  • The estimated days for delivery by postcode can be found on our Delivery Information page.
