Ingredients

  • ½ cup Hoisin sc
  • 1 tbs dark soy
  • 1/3 cup Shaoxing cooking wine
  • 1 tbs grated ginger
  • 500g pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • ½ red capsicum, cut into strips
  • ½ bunch baby bok choy leaves, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbs shallots, chopped
  • 1 packet fried noddles

Method

  1. Coat the pork in the corn flour and set aside.
  2. Place the Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger in a heated wok.
  3. Allow the sauce to boil, then reduce to medium heat.
  4. Add the pork, stir for 5 minutes until cooked through. Toss through the capsicum and bok choy.
  5. Drain the noddles and toss through and serve immediately, topped with the shallots.
