Ingredients

  • 8 thick slices of smoked ham, freshly cut from the bone
  • 3 tbsp pickles
  • 3 tbsp pickled beetroot
  • 8 balsamic pickled onions
  • 4 pickled artichokes, sliced in half
  • A generous wedge of cheddar cheese (we have used a sheep’s milk cheddar)
  • Fresh crusty bread and bread sticks

Method

  1. Simply assemble your ingredients as desired on a big platter and serve.
  2. Garnish with a bunch of fresh herbs that can also be nibbled on.
