Ingredients

  • 1 pork fillet
  • 2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 tbsp Char Siu sauce
  • 1 packet crisp bread to serve
  • 1 cup each of finely shredded daikon radish, carrot and red cabbage.
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise

Method

  1. Rub the pork fillet with the char siu and five spice, roast at 180°C for 20 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool.
  2. Once the pork is cold, slice 2cm thick. Place one piece on a crisp bread and top with a pinch of each of the shredded vegetables.
  3. Finally place a little dollop of mayonnaise on, repeat until all of the pork is gone. Serve.
