Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¾ cup St Agnes 3 Star Brandy
- 2 cups whipping cream
Method
- Beat eggs until frothy.
- Gradually beat in sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
- Stir in brandy and cream
- Pour into a jug for serving
