Egg Nog

Featuring St Agnes 3 Star Brandy

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¾ cup St Agnes 3 Star Brandy
  • 2 cups whipping cream

Method

  1. Beat eggs until frothy.
  2. Gradually beat in sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
  3. Stir in brandy and cream
  4. Pour into a jug for serving
