- 45ml Bacardi Superior
- 4 lime wedges
- 10–15 large mint leaves
- Dash of soda water
- 2½ teaspoons of caster sugar
- Muddle limes and caster sugar in a Highball glass. Clap mint between hands to release mint oils and aroma.
- Add mint, crushed ice and Bacardi Superior and stir gently.
- Finish with a dash of soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
The original white rum, Bacardi Superior was established in Cuba in 1862 by Don Facundo Bacardi. Bacardi is famously associated with cocktails such as the Mojito, Daiquiri and Mai Tai.
