Pale, bright straw-green; fragrant grapefruit, melon and white peach aromas, the oak subtle and integrated, are followed by an exceptionally intense and long palate, the alcohol lost in the sea of flavour.

Light yellow; creamy nutty nougat and marzipan aromas; almondy - nice oak and barrel ferment characters. Hints of grapefruit as it aired. Palate has good weight and depth of flavour: savoury and lots of sur-lie characters, while the palate is intense, dry and very savoury, with good length. Real intensity here, and concentration. But also great harmony - nothing is out of place.
