Delivery Information
1. What makes up a case?
Delivery charges are on a per caseˆ basis. Minimum delivery of one case (or part thereof) applies. Excludes wine fridges.
ˆA case may consist of:
- Up to 12 mixed bottles of any wine, spirit or non-alcoholic product (e.g. water, soft drink). Each bottle may be up to 1.25 litres.
- Any single full case of beer, cider or pre-mixed spirits (either a case of 12, 15, 18, 20, 24 or 30).
- Any 4 x packs of beer, cider or pre-mixed spirits. A pack is defined as 1 x six-pack or 1 x four-pack of beer, cider or pre-mixed spirit bottles less than 500mL.
- Any combination of 12 individual bottles of beer or cider less than 500mL.
- Any 3 x 10 packs of beers or pre-mixed spirits.

3. Delivery details.
- There was no one in attendance and no clear delivery instruction authorising us to leave the parcel in a safe place.
- Somebody was at home but they could not provide proof of age.
- There was an authority to leave (and no one answered the door), but the driver was concerned that minors were present within the vicinity of the premises (e.g. children playing inside or outside of the house).
Unfortunately unattended delivery is not available for customers paying by PayPal or Gift Card.
Orders will not be left unattended on the same day they are ordered under any circumstances
Unattended delivery is only available for households who receive a daily roadside letter delivery from Australia POST
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. If we are in stock of your items at time of picking, we aim to dispatch your order the next business day.
We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
Dan Murphy's is not able to accept requests to delay dispatch of any orders at this time.
Due to postage restrictions, goods exceeding 70% ABV (alcohol by volume) are not available for delivery.
Dan Murphy’s reserves the right to limit the number of products purchased to retail quantity limits.
Australia POST drivers are not able to call on approach, please check your tracking link in your dispatch email as to which delivery partner will delivery your order* Note: From time to time your order may come from 2 different delivery partners.
Each order may only be sent to one delivery address. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address please place a separate order for each delivery address. Once an order has been completed you are not able to change the delivery address. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 72 33 88 and if the order has not been processed they may be able to update the delivery address for you.

Warranty
All wine cabinets come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty and are supported by Vintec’s dedicated national after-sales team. See Vintec Australia for full terms and conditions.
Wine Cabinet refund or exchange
If your goods are faulty as verified by the manufacturer then an exchange or refund is possible. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the selected cabinet is the right size for the intended location. A refund or exchange for wrong selection may be possible if installation has not occurred, however the buyer may incur additional delivery charges. Dan Murphy’s recommends that you thoroughly inspect your cabinet at time for delivery for faults and defects.
7. Returns and refunds.
Please review our Customer Service Team’s trading hours before calling as the hours may vary depending on the day of the week and the time of year.
In the event that your product must be returned to our fulfilment centre, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received at the fulfilment centre.
For party orders and functions we encourage you to work with the Dan Murphy’s team to help correctly cater for your needs. If, however, you find you have excess then simply call 1300 72 33 88 and one of our team will manage your return request**.
If in the event that you change your mind then please call 1300 72 33 88, exchanges are possible at Dan Murphy’s discretion. For exchange of a delivered product, unfortunately additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense*. Please note that all products must be in their original condition and packaging.
* Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Dan Murphy’s is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered or there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit). In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.
** Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, limits may apply, all exchange products must be in their original condition and packaging.
